Our return policy.

Aquawell offers a hassle-free returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will also cover the return shipping/delivery costs.

Once you have returned the package, please allow up to four weeks for your refund to be processed. In many cases, refunds are processed more quickly. The processing time includes transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), our processing time (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping and Delivery

Aquawell offers worldwide shipping/delivery. However, please note that certain products may have restrictions or cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will provide shipping and delivery date estimates based on the availability of the items and the shipping/delivery options you choose. The shipping/delivery date estimates will be displayed on the shipping/delivery quotes page, depending on the provider you select.
